Terms of Service for SN Holdings Group

Welcome to SN Holdings Group! We are a Creative Tech Powerhouse dedicated to empowering businesses of all sizes with innovative solutions in website design, SEO services, IT consulting and graphic design. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SN Holdings Group specializes in the following:

  • Website Design & Development

  • SEO Services & Optimization

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • IT Consulting 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete project requirements.

  • All content, images, and materials provided by clients must comply with copyright and legal regulations.

  • Clients must adhere to agreed-upon project timelines and payment schedules.

4. Licensing & Transfer Fees

If a client wishes to use or transfer a license for any design, website, or digital product created by SN Holdings Group, a non-refundable fee of R800 must be paid before any license modification or transfer is granted.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • Work will not commence until a deposit of 65% has been received.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of work, third-party services, or client-requested revisions will be communicated and billed separately.

6. Termination of Services

  • SN Holdings Group reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate services if the client:

    • Fails to adhere to these Terms of Service.

    • Engages in unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities.

    • Abuses or misuses SN Holdings Group’s intellectual property.

If services are terminated due to a breach of these terms, the client is not entitled to any refund.

7. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, code, and creative works produced by SN Holdings Group remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

    • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered product for their business purposes.

    • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our work is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SN Holdings Group is not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Business disruptions, data losses, or financial losses due to delays or technical issues.

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, or SEO algorithm changes).

9. Revisions & Support

  • Standard design projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement.

  • You are given 2 revision or inputs on existing content, if there is an additional work or content beyond the existing scope shall incur extra charges of R600 with regards to website design.  

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • With regards to any graphic design work, you are only given 3 free samples to choose, beyond it will incur an additional charge. 

  • Support and maintenance services are available upon request and may be billed separately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

11. Amendments

SN Holdings Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables provided as part of the Services. This includes:

  • Website Design: The final design and code for the website.
  • Social Media Content: The content created for social media platforms.
  • Graphic Design: All design elements provided, including logos , letterheads , email signatures etc.

NB: We retain the right to use the deliverables in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
